Jean Seignalet treated more than 2500 people, and improved the health of many others only modifying their Food. Unlike most of practitioners, he built a full theory to explain the mechanism of development of more than 100 diseases, which can be fully or partially treated, even if some people don’t react to that protocol (I am one of them). The main reason is the non-suitability of Food to our genetic background. This is really the basement of health recovery, even if we are not respondent because of the polarization of our body.
To improve our health, we have to:
- Cancel: gluten, all milks and milk products, all origin, processed sugar,
- Cook at low temperature (less than 230°F (110°C)), eat raw as much as possible,
- Consume natural cold pressed oils, groundnut or coco nut oils for cooking,
- Eat as much as possible non polluted food, “bio”.
After 3 months, you will feel better, at least you will lost several kilograms because your gut will protect again you.

Jean Seignalet was a doctor, practicing in hospital, biologist as well, lecturer and researcher. He was one of pioneers and French specialist of livers’ transplantation.
Specialized in immunology, because of its curiosity and scientist approach, he started studying rheumatic diseases.
Studying the causes, he found out that food influences the development of such illness, and much more.
As Drs Catherine Kousmine, E. Bach, P. Carton or Fradin, (practitioners quoted in his book How to prevent and reverse 100 diseases), he found out that Food is in fact the main factor in more than 100 illnesses.
